Jupiter is high in the eastern sky tonight at 11 p.m. CST as seen from the Chicago area. (Click the image to see it larger.)  The planet is in front of the stars of Gemini, with the twin stars Castor and Pollux nearby.  Procyon (Canis Minor) is also visible in the scene.

Jupiter is visible during the  early evening hours low in the eastern sky, high in the sky at midnight, and  in the west before sunrise.
